Carlsberg VS Football
Posted in: Discovery by LeeChien on October 31, 2008
Most of you must have watched this advertisement long long time ago.
And if you’re a football fan, you must have known who are the people in this advertisement.
Steven Gerrard, Jose Reina, Xabi Alonso, Djibril Cisse and Jamie Carragher.
As usual, Steven Gerrard is still cute.
Recently Carlsberg Brewery launched a football web-TV-channel partofthegame.tv.
They launched 5 channels showing all aspects about football from the classic football matches to life as a fan.
Be sure not to miss the video clips about football funnies and rituals from www.partofthegame.tv.

Next destination, Pantai Kok Area.
Bureau Bay.
Used to hang out here almost every weekends.
Nice and cozy place, especially in night time.
Drinking while feeling the breeze..
Personally like this boat alot.
Back of this boat just so cool.
Too bad couldn’t get closer as the couple were refilling petrol.
Last place to go before our dinner.
Oriental Village + cable car.
Eagles.
Pay to snap photo with eagles.
Another new shopping spot, still under renovation.
Small park with rabbits and deers, but the numbers are really less.
If you watched Open Season before and still remember how the deer shits.
It is exactly the same.
And it shits like waterfall (yvonne said).
Time to go on cable car.
Wanted to cross this bridge so many times but..
Now it’s under construction.
From the platforms, it has the spectacular 360-degree panoramic views of the Langkawi islands.
Believe me, sunset here just so amazing.
But we have to go dinner before we are late to airport.

3rd day.
The day we snapped most photos during this trip.
Breakfast.
Eat is the most important thing to do once i wake up.
First stop of the day, Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort.
A place used to work.
A place used to enjoy.
A place almost set me down 4 years ago.
A short stop at Bon Ton Restaurant.
One of the restaurants serving most delicious food.
One of the restaurants having most beautiful dusk scenery.
But we didn’t dine there and we went in day time.
Never like cat, but this cat is so charming.
And fat.
To be continued..

The day we spent most of our money.
Because of this day, we were broke when we back.
And because of this day, we had lots of fun, with no regrets!
Taken a day tour to Coral Island.
Woke up early in the morning, without breakfast, which almost made me die.
Yet we found Bread Story at Jetty Point.
I’m not die yet.
I love bun.
Boat was waiting for us, we were the last.. :p
We were like prisoners.
Leaving to Coral Island..
Did a dive there.
Kinda disappointed as the sea is polluted. ![]()
But Marty enjoyed diving.. ![]()
Lunch including in the day tour package.
Trust me, you would not like to try it.
Other than sandwiches, others food are for fish.
Sharks feeding time…
Free & easy section.
Idea from don’t-know-who, me, marty, ankie and yvonne managed to swim from a coast to another.
Weird that we all were still energetic after that.
And i got sunburn..
Back to Pantai Cenang, our time for jet skiing! :]
Dinner at mamak…
Nasi Lemak is always the best.
Roti Telur, one of my favourite food as well.
I won’t give up all hot stuffs, though i had ulcer on my lips..

Leaving to Singapore tomorrow.
Spending few minutes to update an entry.
Went 3D2N trip to Langkawi.
Had lots of fun and back with broke of all of us.
Finally, Starbucks landed in Langkawi’s airport.
Makam Mahsuri, renovated thousand times already.
House with smiley face.
Greenish padi field, one of the signature in Langkawi.
Another signature – Langkawi Square.
Time for dinner again.
Islandish Seafood Restaurant along Pantai Cenang.
Extremely delicious Tom Yam Fried Rice.
Sizzling Bean Curd or Salted Bean Curd?
ABC Seabass, which is consists of 3-type of sauces.
Chef’s recommendation – Islandish Chicken, yummy…
Golden Crispy Crab, and i see no crab.
