Used to dislike otak-otak.
As i think it’s smelt weird.
And ‘otak-otak’ let me think and imagine of brain of prawn.

Recently, but don’t know since when and why.
I started to like otak-otak.
A traditional dish from Muar, which origin is from Indonesia.

It was at Otak-Otak Place, 1U.

Roti Jala served with Curry Chicken.

Back to the past.
When you and I saw, played, used all these.

Bottled coke and sprite, that my dad used to buy for me when i was young.

Soldiers that my brother used to have and piano that i used to wish that i had one.

Game that i used to play after class (on the wall).

Video tape until early 90′s and the tape player that i can’t remember where did i see it.

Cups that my dad still using it if not mistaken, and, grinder??

Some candies and toys that used to be very popular.

Concept of the restaurant is all about old times.
Even the songs played as well.
I guess my parents will like it..

Finally, i’ve got a USB Modem to get connected everywhere i go.
^^
First time connecting using Celcom Braodband (3G), but the line seems slow..
If it’s still the same, i may upgrade it to HSDPA.

I’m definitely tiring everyday after work.
Opening shift is killing me coz i’m a night person.
Waking up early in the morning is suffering.
But breakfast time is the busiest time in a day.
I rather busy than bored.

Hardly get an off day, which i don’t wish to as well.
Coz i need money.
More working hours, more money.

Dim Sum normally available in the morning.
And me…
Hardly get it.
But i still got it in the end, in the afternoon time..
The choices are limited, plus, i’m not a pork person.
So it’s limited plus limited.

It’s kinda impossible for me to name every single thing out.

And the full picture.

Few dishes only but enough to stuff me up.

Meeting customers everyday.
Customer is always right.
This is what all of us should know in service line.
Unless the customer is really over.

I like the foam – from Iced Green Tea Latte

Customer: I want Ice Blended Cappuccino.
Barista: Sorry, we don’t have Ice Blended Cappuccino.
Customer: Then i want Ice Blended Latte.
Barista: Sorry, we don’t have as well. Why don’t you try our signature blended drink, Frappuccino? I would recommend you Coffee Frappuccino.
Customer: Okay, i want it then.

This customer is very kind.
As i know, Latte is espresso shot with milk and thin layer of foam on top.
Cappuccino is espresso shot with 1/2 milk and 1/2 foam.
If it’s blended, is the foam place after the blend?
Hmmm…

And another fierce and unfriendly customer.

Customer: I want Latte Mocha Blended.
Barista: Ma’am, would you like to chocolate in your coffee or coffee only?
Customer: I know! I want coffee only! And i used to come here before, i know what you have here!
…………………………….

Been placed in opening shift since i started working.
Requested to place my shift for closing.
And managed to get 3 days only.
Today is 2nd day.

But i started to…

Missed my morning shift..
My time just ain’t not right after so long of opening shift.
